This webinar will help empower the participant to realize the strengths within our generational differences and how Emotional Intelligence can empower teams in the workforce to achieve greater success.
It is presented by Patrick Lengel, a GCDF and trainer with over 20 years of experiencing working with teams with generational diversity. He has served in the Workforce Development industry since the mid-1990's. As a trainer and conference speaker, he has helped thousands develop and implement skills to work and live better. He helped develop relationships with partnering agencies and promoted the services throughout the Midlands while working in the Columbia Onestop during the WIA program. He served at Airport High School as a work-base learning facilitator during the early years of the EEDA. And also served our SC Army National Guard as a Transition Specialist, helping soldiers and their families with their career services. For the past 5 years, Patrick has focused his energies on helping service providers make a difference - whether through instructing the NCDA Facilitating Career Development curriculum, speaking at conferences, or doing one-on-one coaching with people. Patrick believes that one person can radically change the world, and he wants to help influence that person.
